Deal or No Deal?

OK, so here's the second topic for this week's technology postings:

DEAL OR NO DEAL?

here's a list of links to possible stories:
http://www.popularmechanics.com/science/research/4226614.html (brain scan)http://www.news.com/8301-10784_3-9794998-7.html (onstar hits the brakes)http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/6425927.stm (robot ethics)http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn4688.html (genetically modified athletes)http://atheism.about.com/library/weekly/aa100301a.htm (gender selection)http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2006/07/23/MNGC0K45G21.DTL&type=printable (public surveillance cameras)

and here is what you have to do with at least one of them:
1) make a blog post, with the title being your name, plus the subject of the article you read(for example, Paul LaRue -- brain scan OR Paul LaRue - onstar)

2) the blog post itself should include at least the following: a basic review of what the article talks about, at least three specific reasons why you are in favor of or opposed to this gadget/concept, and what you think should be done to promote or stop this thing.

3) If you have an idea for some other article that you could use for this post, please do so, but remember to include the address of that article

4) all the usual rules for posting on this blog also apply

5) don't get cheap on me!

Cheers,Mr. L
